I wish I could give this zero stars. WARNING: Buy a car at your own risk. I have 3588 miles on mine and called corporate to complain about a dealership that doesnt honor their incentives when we bought. Also, when they filled out service documents incorrectly in our book. Corporate basically punishes you for taking car of your vehicle when you buy it and punishes you when you lease. I will NEVER buy one again.

In 2015, Jim Reed's sold me a 2013 Mitsubishi Fuso dump truck. They told me it was a brand new truck just sitting in their yard for two years Since then, the truck has bee back at Jim Reeds numerous times due to the same issue, and every time they told me it was repaired. Last September, the engine stalled, the truck was towed back to Jim Reeds, this time, the mechanic said that the engine has suffered extensive damage, a new engine was needed, and that it would be $19,600 for the repairs, because the warranty had expired on August 16th. In a recent conversation with Mr. Reed himself, he said my truck with 51083 miles is worthless and if it was his, he would not spend a dime on it. Now the truck is at their yard unless I pay them thousands of dollars in storage fees, they refuse to give me back my truck. I called Mitsubishi Corporation but didn't receive any support, instead they washed their hands and told me sorry about your truck. This experience is sad. Please NEVER buy a MITSUBISHI truck from Jim Reeds, they will sell you a worthless truck and tell you is brand new.
