16 hour infallible never fail eyeliner failed after only half of the eyeliner had been used. I took it apart to find that the case holding the eyeliner is half full! That's not a good value.

I was simply looking to purchase a product which I think may be in the process of being discontinued. The poor customer service and attitude experienced was enough to never buy a LOral product again.I called the Corporate headquarters and the person who was supposedly collecting information to help me gave me a hard time when I asked the person to spell their name.

Surprisingly L'Oreal has a little bit of everything in their store men women kids. If you like makeup and different things I highly recommend when you're here and you come to the Hudson yards you stop and see what they have.
