    Beware Dont shop peloton, ordered Tread 3 months ago delivery rescheduled 4 times and everytime no call no show. This company is Atrocious and customer service is horrible!

    Awesome location, easy to get to from Penn Station or any of the transportation hubs around. Lobby is clean and they even have self cleaning pads on the revolving door handles. There is a security guard on duty as well so don't bring no funny business. Nice places around to eat, shop just walk or relax.

    I have been trying to get my tread+ returned due to the recall. Peloton has hired a 1 company , XPO logistics, to do the pickup No one has showed up to pickup my machine after 6 scheduled pickups. It was originally scheduled to be picked up beginning of August 2021!! Then first time in August they told me no one was home when they showed up. We stayed home all day. The next 5 times they scheduled pickup no one showed up. Yesterday. 1/21/2022 the scheduled pickup window was 5-8pm at 7:30pm when I didnt get a phone call I called a nice gentleman answered and told me my window had been moved to 10:45-midnight!! WHAT!! What company would schedule a pickup that late, but in my desperation to get this picked up I said fine well wait up!! 11:30pm rolls around no one showed up!! The tracking at that time reflected it had been picked up, well it most definitely HAS NOT been picked up I am so upset. I am looking at reviews about XPO and see Im not the only one I have a business with a shipping department and I would NEVER contract XPO for anything. I cant imagine doing this to my customers. Peloton find another company. There are reviews in my area of people waiting for their deliveries of their Peloton machines since September!! There's obviously a problem with the company you hired for deliveries and pickups. There are other companies in the area that will do this more efficiently. My Nordic track delivered within two weeks of purchase in August and Im still waiting for a pickup for my Tread+. I'm also upset because peloton WILL NOT refund my $ until they received the machine. My money is being held hostage because the company you hired has not picked up my machine SINCE AUGUST 2021!!

    This company is a nightmare! My experience keeps getting worse! Worst customer service of my life. I ordered the machine the end of August. On first delivery, Oct 8th, the machine arrived broken. Promising a quick resolution, they left a pile of broken parts that occupyied half of my garage floor for two months, rendering the space unusable for a car. When finally promised a new delivery in Early November, I took off work a second time to have the treadmill delivered. Instead, on the afternoon of promised delivery (after I had taken off from the hospital), they called to cancel. I scheduled a THIRD delivery for December 3rd between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Again, after I took off work for the delivery, they called at 3:30 pm to cancel and to say they would reschedule. For those two months, I had half of my garage taken over by the Peloton parts they dumped on my garage floor. Promising resolution, it wasnt until the moment of proposed delivery did anyone call to tell me that the machine wasnt going to be delivered. After all three attempted deliveries, I wasted hours on the phone with your company. On those first three deliveries, I asked if they could collect the pile of parts occupying half of my garage. On each occasion, I was told this will be escalated. Nothing was done. How would you feel if a company delivered you a pile of broken parts that made it impossible for you to use half of your garage? Finally, on December 9th after two months of having the Peloton in the garage, they brought a spare part and assembled the machine in my workout room. Unfortunately, it didnt work! They scheduled a repair for today the 14th (the 5th time that Ive taken off work), and I was told that I need a new part. Trying to schedule a new delivery of the part, I was told Thursday Jan 6th (which I absolutely cannot take off from the hospital), or FEBRUARY 11th! The machine was supposed to be here OCTOBER 8th, and now you are talking FEBRUARY 11th. Not to mention the fact that will be the sixth time that Ill have to take off work, and that you left a scrap pile in my garage for two months! I have had Peloton parts for three months, but havent had a functional treadmill for even one second. Every time that I have a problem, Im told that it will be escalated, but nothing is done. I ordered on day 1. I have taken off work five times for delivery or repair. I have never been given advance notice of delivery issues. I had an unusable treadmill preventing me from using half of my garage for two months, and now I have an unusable treadmill in my workout room. Your customer service is terrible. If my wife didnt want a Peloton treadmill, Id cancel my order and advise everyone I know to stay clear of your company. Again, the worst customer service that I have ever received.
