when I purchase my ring I was told it would be interest free for one year. My year was up in January in February I paid my balance off along with a $830.00 interest fee, I thought it was like every credit card with a promotion but not this one. I was not told any different than any other credit card promotion and when I call DI they would not take it off. They cannot be trusted I was lied too and rip off. Please be ware when you shop with them. I had to borrow the extra 830 to pay them off. Taking advantage of an old person.

I sent my diamond stud earrings, as directed, back to them for an upgrade. They have had my earrings for almost a month and I have not received new ones (even though a photo was included in one email exchange). My inquiries as to the delay are met with lame excuses like "I'm working from home". So they have my diamond studs plus my credit card numbers and will no longer respond to my emails. Beware!!

I have been dealing with this company for four months, trying to return a ring for a refund or exchange. They refuse to budge with any offer of fairness to the customer. The ring I purchased does not fit, and it was sent to my hotel without me being able to try it on, and without time to return it before they closed and my flight left the next morning. The ring was also appraised locally by two jewelers who both told me it was worth at best, half of what I paid. I strongly recommend you search elsewhere for your jewelry purchase.

If I could rate this place is zero I would! Purchased an item that was supposed to be 14 karat gold swapped to sterling silver and can’t get a resolution from them as the item has broken several times and they won’t stand by their product it’s not like I paid pennies I paid $950 for this item. The store was recommended by the ships shopping experts on Royal Caribbian. These are jewelers that are supposed to be able to complete an item before you leave the island was returned to us damaged and when we got to the next island we were told it would be repaired they did so much damage to it it will now needs to The solder to removed by laser this is how unexperienced their jewelry repair people are people save your money you can buy the same thing in the states or online! It’s too bad I and so many others had to learn the hard way stay away from diamonds international!

Absolutely horrible!!! We purchased a $12,000 engagement ring,the night it was delivered the diamond was lose. DI had it over a month, 4 months later the diamond fell out and they don't want to do anything about it. Promised to call us back 4 days in a row and never received a call back. Now they just put us on hold and will not resolve this situation. Absolutely horrible company!!!
