I contacted Calvin Klein via their website regarding clothing items recently purchased for defects and band that caused my skin to become red and irritated. I was contacted back via email on 11-20-23 and asked to send info. on product, the receipt, multiple photos and my name and address, which I did same day. I heard back on 11-24 stating they forwarded details of my claim to their wholesale team and to allow 1-3 days for them to follow up w/me. That never happened. I emailed them again on 12-1. They responded by sending me the same generic email I was sent on 11-20 asking for all details, my info, etc. I had previously sent on 11-20. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and still nothing. I've contacted them 7 times already and spent nearly 2 hours on this issue. I was sent a feedback email, gave a poor score and mentioned what had and what had not taken place, and nothing. Then I receive an email from Calvin Klein on 12-10 saying they closed my case. This is the worst customer service ever! They do not read prior emails sent between us. It seems no one is home at Calvin Klein customer service. I wonder if customer service is working from another country. They did not care about making things right with me just continued to ignore me and the issues with their products. The clothing I purchased looked like it was cut and sewn by a child laborer. I will never do business with this company ever again! Save yourselves your time, money and sanity and do not buy anything from Calvin Klein. This is not a reputable company anymore and there clothing is crap.

They do not support their own brand of fragrances! Had a question regarding one of their EDTs and they just referred me to contact their manufacturer.
This is a Calvin Klein fragrance - they should own it and support their customers. I'm disappointed especially considering CK is a mid to higher end brand.

My daughter buys all Calvin Klein , one wash and its in garbage , quality is bad, overpriced for a single wear.
