The customer service is so poor. It took months for one of my returns to be placed then I get an email that I didn’t return in the required period. Not true! Definitely recommend following up and don’t give up until you get your $$ back.

I have had nothing but very bad and negative experience with this company. While the product is a great, their service is horrible. Please don't get me wrong, issuing your customers a credit of $10-20 for the inconvenience is a great idea ONLY WHEN YOUR ACTUAL ISSUE WAS RESOLVED IN THE FIRST PLACE. I have placed 2 orders within less than 24 hours from each other. Literally, one less than 4 hours away from another. And interestingly enough, the first order arrived and it was somebody else's order altogether. I had to call and get this resolved because I needed my order for a special occasion and I ended up not getting it on time since they had to reprocess it altogether. Now, the second order has not even processed and it's been a month now! I have emailed their customer service and called them on 2 different days and no one know when it'll ship and they keep using the excuse of covid. Covid huh? So how come Covid didn't prevent you from sending my first order (although incorrect!) in a couple of days, yet my second order is affected by Covid? It's that selective? Complete lies and they refused to cancel the order too. They charged my card a month ago and I am accruing interest on it, yet I do not have my stuff and they don't know when it'll ship. Love it? Keep paying interest on the purchase you don't have. How is that a fair customer treatment?

I originally ordered three items, all of which I exchanged because of the poor quality of the items. I received my exchanged items and returned all of them for their poor quality. I have been informed that the items I returned have not been received even though I used the shipping label and packaging provided by Adore Me and dropped them off at the post office as instructed. So basically I am getting ripped off for over $80. I was willing to pay the restocking fee just to get my money back, but now I am being told that my returned items were not received. Also, the negative reviews I left on the site are nowhere to be found. Save your money for something that is actually nice and durable for everyday wear. BUYER BEWARE!

Placed an order online and it was only sent after 2 weeks when I sent an email trying to cancel my membership and the order. Got no answer but of course they sent the order the next day. Took the order because I didn't want another headache of trying to communicate with them getting no answer and expecting my money to be refunded. Still, sent another email requesting the cancellation of my membership and it has been almost 2 weeks and again, no answer. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP with Adore me!
