Daniel at FLL was exceptionally rude and condescending towards people in the TSA pre check line. He got into a heated argument with multiple people in our line and was completely unprofessional. Of course this is the only place you can complain about Clear. I believe they intentionally slow down pre check to get more business. Daniel and his little buddy spent more time slowing down the TSA agents then anything else.

Clear rocks.No waiting in line.no last minute drama. I think its the most wonderful thing since sliced bread. The staff are super friendly, and all you have to do is scan your boarding pass and look in to one of the upright machines. A member of the team will then take you to the head of the line. Being English, I hate queues or large gatherings of people . especially with all the covid stuff. Try it for yourself..you wont regret it. Thank you Clear!

Atlanta airport....canceling membership because standard tsa precheck moves three times faster. Tested with others in my party who got through and had to wait on me.

There's no way to contact them. Therefor, no way for me to cancel my account. Once you sign up, you can't un-sign up.
