TRC Renovations

I hired two teams to help with my renovation project. Christo is the first team who helped me redo the door, frames, trims, kitchen backsplash, painting and miscellaneous stuff. His team is very flexible, fast and easy to communicate with. I am giving 4 stars cause compared to the second slightly more expensive team, Chrito's team is not detail oriented. Here are some examples of what I meant *not* detail oriented. Unfortunately, many details can hardly be checked in a prompt fashion and I need to fix them myself. * installing under the cabinet lighting in the kitchen: Christo installed this led light strip but that fell down the day they completed the project. * The GFCI outlet is not installed correctly with ground and fire line flipped. * One of the privacy door knob is not installed correctly — the rosette is upside down compared to the lock inside. I know this cause I was locked outside once and could not unlock it by poking that little whole on the rosette. * One of the door is installed too close to the hinge and hence has scratch. * One of the cabinet door missed the door catch

Chris from TRC renovations painted my moms home last week in Brooklyn and his work is impeccable. TRC is amazing! They totally restored the plaster walls and ceiling of a room in my house built in 1901. Then they put in the crown mold. Just perfect. Later this Summer they designed and built a completely new backyard for me including a gorgeous cedar fence and pergola. It is now my private oasis!
