        We are a commercial tenant in this building, and i appreciate that their management is very well organize. Their quick response and good communication. The super Shaffie and his co-workers are very hard working people, always trying their best to solve any problem occur.

        This is a wonderful building! The doormen are friendly and competent. Owners are all very nice, dog friendly ( for owners) great loaction and building is always clean. They did a wonderful job through the pandemic.

        I remember reading how a landlord at this place was refusing to let the parents of a deceased 9/11 victim obtain her belongings. She also wanted them to continue paying her rent. Shameful
