Final Cut Pro Classes

Took an online class for FCP. The instructor was great. He knew Final Cut real well but also knew how to teach it too, which was nice for me because I'm not a exactly beginner but I still need to go over some of the basics. I'll definitely schedule another few sessions again when I'm ready to start with After Effects. Thanks again for a great class.

all marketing professionals around the world will need to know this program eventually, might as well get a start on it now. i have taken a few final cut pro classes around the city and none of them compare to this place! the one on one sessions taught me what 3-4 days in a group setting would go over and much more thorough and detailed with plenty of time to do hands-on work (with my own footage even). the teachers are actual teachers; not techie guys trying to teach which is what most classes around town offer. teaching is an art, especially with subject matter as vast as final cut pro x-- these teachers know how to make the software accessible and easy to understand. i walked away with a confidence in this program that i never had and a familiarity that would prevent me from feeling 'lost' again. and i know i will be purchasing more one on one hours in time to come, once i'm ready for more advanced work with the software. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Being a total beginner to Final Cut ProX, I was pleased that instructor John Burns took the time to not only explain the software, but the rules and concepts behind shooting and editing good video. From not forgetting that every good video starts with good audio, and realizing the importance of multiple camera angles, John showed how a beginner can advance quickly and gain confidence. John also allowed me to bring material in from my job, straying from the script so to speak, which allowed me to gain practical experience that I can use now. The working space is pleasant, and John is knowledgeable, easy to work with and learn from. I cannot recommend these classes enough. RP

I went to the class to learn more about FCP X because I needed to finish a project and I was stuck. I came for one class and I did the second one already and certainly not the last one! I had a class with John. It was so easy to learn with him and he has so many knowledge I was impressed. He could answer all my questions and find a solution for every problems I encounter! And all of that in a friendly environment! I did so many classes in New York and so far it s the best school for post production I did! Thanks John!
