        Just visited the Soho store to return a pair of jeans I received as a gift. I walk in 4 people at the register, go downstairs no one is around to help. I go upstairs thinking they person on the register could find someone in the store to help, NO!!!!! he tells me he is the only one in the store. Its Monday, Dec 30 at noon. The streets are packed. As a manager, how can you not have someone in the store. I say Lucky Jeans needs to retrain their manager on certain skills, I.E. Scheduling! I tell the Cashier I need to exchange for another size, he states "i'll credit back your card". THANK YOU! I will go to Marshalls or nordstrom rack, better prices and better custom service. Its a shame......
