Nonexistent customer service: As others have noted, this Lexington Avenue shop is the place to come if you want a lesson in how NOT to treat customers. My girlfriend and I walked in intending to do some serious shopping, but were completely ignored by the two young saleswomen, even though there was only one other customer. We walked out without buying anything, and won't be back.

I have been shopping at Cotelac for ever and I am always very impressed how nice and helpful the staff is. The clothes are great and I always want to buy everything! I just wish the store would be closer to me!

Unfortunately one of the worst customer service experiences in the city. I have been to their Westport store once and the service there was impeccable.

I live 2 blocks from this store and shopped here in the past a few times. I found the clothing there was cute and fitted me well, however, the service was always a challenge. Today though it went over extreme. The black lady who called herself a manger of the store was extremely rude. I asked her if they have a size zero of the dress I liked and she said no we don’t in a super rude matter. She didn’t smile or greet me and after I asked about couple more pieces and she kept being very irritated with my questions and said we order very limited edition, so I stopped asking for any sizing eventually and wanted to try what I have chosen. She game this look like she is hating me for being there in a first place. I decided to leave and told her she should be more welcoming and she started to yell at me and Said why am i asking very obvious questions .... really ?? Isn’t she is there for that reason to help me and answer those questions ? I asked her to give me contact of an owner of the place and she refused to give it to me. After being yelled for 10 min I left. I will never return to this place and if you like to get good service and feel welcomed at a store do not go to this place. Horrible
