I was undecided about the Balenciaga Red Smooth Medium Hourglass bag which Saks had in stock last year. Didn't order but ordered Black one with Balenciaga written in white letters from Neiman. Bag was so small I couldn't put anything in it and returned. Ordered plain black one but it was the grainy leather. It said medium but it was small. Hated the leather, returned to Neiman. Went back to Saks almost a year. There were only 3 of the medium red left in the US. Shannon, the sales rep contacted a store and ordered it for me. The sales manager Kristine contacted me for the payment for shipment. I was so happy but then I opened the box and then BAM, bag had a small ink stain on the front. Contacted Shannon, the sales rep...no more red, all sold out. Will take back to Saks to sales rep to see if Leather Spa can remove the stain. Hopefully they can! Thanks Saks for getting the bag for me but next time Saks can you inspect the item first before selling it.
