        Went to pick up an order shipped to store. Surprised to discover this is a women's only retail location. No men's items. Also, despite receiving an email confirming the delivery, staff took a while to find the item.

        J. Crew sells beautifully made clothes that are sharp and fit well. Their sweaters are simply the best anywhere in moderate price range- lovely styles, great color combinations, excellent fit, and very soft. One of the few places that still sells mostly natural fibers, although I bemoan the use of polyester lining in their coats. I always find great clothes here. The service is extremely attentive and polite. One of the best stores in NYC.
