Booked an appointment online after reading reviews here. Received a text the night before at 9 p.m. (after I had requested off work the next morning) asking to reschedule. Turns out, the location no longer exists as listed on yelp. The business is in-house at a Manhattan bridal shop (which has challenging availability) or a studio in Brooklyn - I thought that was deceiving. I asked for additional availability the next day given I had already requested time off work and received a response "definitely can't make tomorrow morning." Said they would get back to me with additional availability, never did.

MAGIC FITTERS IS THE BEST TAILOR IN NYC & YOU MUST USE THEM! Oksana & her team are absolutely AMAZING! I found Magic fitters by way of my sister who used them for her wedding dress early 2020. I have used Magic fitters twice now for wedding dresses (1 COVID ceremony and a larger wedding celebration). I changed my dress for our small ceremony 2 weeks prior. Oksana and her team made it a priority to help me get my dress just right! I ordered a dress for a large ceremony from a NJ bridal store that forced me to use their alterations company. After 5 unsuccessful alteration appointments with them I was told they wouldn't be able to tailor the dress small enough due to the crapy material. I reached out to Oksana ASAP and shared that I only had one week for my dress to fit perfectly. Oksana and her team took on the challenge without hesitation. She assured me that the dress would fit perfectly after her team go their hands on my dress. She was absolutely right. With just one week Oksana and her team were able to have my dress fit to a T that I cried tears of Joy. THERE IS NO ALTERATIONS COMPANY BETTER. I had to have a quick turnaround since I planned my wedding in three months. By the time I received the dress I had three weeks left. Oksana literally came in and a week and half later the dress was perfect and I didn't need any additional alterations. She was also very accommodating with the time restrain I had. Would def recommend her! She was also a hoot to work with, no way you can keep a straight face with her! :)

I can't say enough great things about Oksana! She did my wedding dress in just 1 appointment, quick turn around and it fits like a glove! More importantly she was such a dream to work with, my mother wasn't able to come to the fitting due to Covid which I was nervous about, but I immediately felt comfortable with Oksana. She made suggestions without being pushy or opinionated and also listened to what I wanted and reassured all my concerns. Highly highly recommend!!
