Best service EVER. Spent an enormous amount of time cleaning and left the house spotless, while maintaining the estimated price which was more than reasonable. I have had other companies in to deep clean, but Fabulous is by far, the most FABULOUS cleaning company ever!

Fabulous Cleaning and Maintenance, in Orangeburg, NY (headed by Ivana) is just as the name implies - FABULOUS. Fabulous is one of those housekeeping companies where cleaning, and organization isn't just a job, but a DETAILED PASSION for the owner, and lead cleaner - Ivana. Fabulous is responsive (by telephone and text), reliable (they arrive to the minute of when they say they will), trustworthy (nothing broke, is damaged, or is missing), and they provide the service they promise they will - AND MORE! I found Fabulous through a Google search, and as it turned out, we knew each other through a private school our children attended. Fabulous accommodated an early evening, 45 minute site visit / walk - through appointment, and we soon settled on a date and time, pricing, and service needed. I was charged $480 for 3 housekeepers for 7 hours of "Deep Cleaning" (***21 Man Hours*** with Ivana, Lady, and Melissa ?), in which typical service was performed, furniture and obstructions were moved to clean, dust, and vacuum, baseboards, casing, doors, and windows were wet - wiped, and the exterior of all bathroom and kitchen cabinets were cleaned, in addition to interior / exterior cleaning of kitchen, and laundry appliances. They even changed a few LIGHTBULBS, AND HVAC FILTERS (!), and sorted children's clothing! HELLO, MAGIC WAND! At a 2nd "Deep Clean" service, I was charged $420 for 3 housekeepers for 6 hours (***18 Man Hours*** with Ivana, Yolanda or Yvette, and Lady), following some light construction. I would add that I chose to tip the 1st crew (the equivalent of 10%) by grabbing them a restaurant dinner, and drinks, which Fabulous said was unnecessary, and seemed genuinely grateful for. Fabulous is amicable to use the homeowner's' own cleaning products (Clorox, and Lysol for me), and Vacuum (Dyson), but do bring their own products (Method), and Vacuum (Hoover Professional Backpack Vac), and has no issue with homeowners staying at home to supervise the crew, or clean along side them. They accept cash, personal or business checks, and all major credit cards, including American Express, through the Venmo App (available on Android and iOS). For the quality of service, trustworthiness, and detail that is given to each client - I would highly recommend Fabulous Cleaning, and Maintenance.
