Taraski Bernadette Dr- Chiropractor

I went to Dr. Taraski after I had my first baby. I was nursing day and night and had extreme pain shooting down my left arm. Her treatment realigned my back and shoulder, and her physical therapy exercises corrected my posture. I now have 2 kids (nursing with no arm/shoulder pain!) and continue to see Dr. Taraski for general wellness. She is a gifted doctor and I am so glad I found her!

Dr. Taraski is a fantastic chiropractor. I have been seeing her regularly for 10 years. I am continually amazed at how she is able to help me with diverse issues ranging from neck and back pain, general malaise, headaches and colds and flu. Before seeing her I believed that chiropractic care only treated back pain. Many times though her treatments I have actually been able to get ahead of a cold or flu, going in feeling sick, and after treatment symptoms disappeared. Amazing! She is particularly great at treating my neck-she gets me out of neck pain in one session, where others have not been successful. I highly recommended her.

I have been seeing Dr. Taraski for over 20 years for everything from Sciatica to a regular “tune up”. Her care and expertise are unmatched. I highly recommend her (and frequently do).
