I've worked with several chiropractors in regard to my chronic lower back pain. Dr. J is the best. He's the first chiropractor to provide a clear & comprehensive assessment of the root cause of my pain--a pinched nerve from an out of place disk. His treatment routine began alleviating the pain and addressing the cause immediately, and included a set of strengthening exercises to support my longer term recovery. Dr. J and Joanne are also just terrific people--very warm, welcoming, and invested in their patients. Dr. J is also a great source for delicious and quick recipes!

For the past 4 months, I've been receiving treatment for chronic back pain, shoulder imbalance, misaligned spine, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for the care I've received. You are in excellent hands with Dr. J and Joanne. Dr. J is truly fantastic - attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. I have been seeing Dr. Jay for several years and cannot say enough good things about him and his practice. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, he has a warm and engaging personality. He and Joanne go out of their way to know their patients on a personal level. I always feel comfortable and taken care of when I come to the office.
