AT&T Store

First Class Service! The shop could not be any more cooperative, kind, and considerate. I went there to upgrade my phone and was taken care of by the manager named Yainalis Diaz. Not only did she take great care of me and my phone, but Her colleagues also played some nice music while I waited and they looked after my service animal. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Came to this store because I need to transfer My Phone Numbers over to AT&T from T-Mobile. The Staff was very helpful, I open 3 lines with new phones and didnt take all day Thanks Michael

Horrible customer service. I had a lot of issues with the staff because they were being rude and unclear. They gave me the phone but did not even discuss with me the contract and policies - overall was a huge scam. The manager started laughing at me and told the other staff members to "ignore me when I was confused about the terms & conditions, fees, and plans that I never received information about. Received numerous employee eye rolls, and the whole entire experience was awful. Never returning here again. Dont want to pull the immigrant card but I sense that they were disrespectful because I have a thick accent and also because Im not familiar with AT&T.

I went post a review and saw dozens of other reviews about how horrible the staff is here. I saw that they are being accused of fraud and treating customers horribly. I am thankful that I was only treated badly and not stolen from like dozens of other people are accusing the staff of this store of. AT&T should shut this location down. They are a burden to the AT&T brand. The staff was HORRIBLE.
