Although the price isn't bad for a two-line family plan the internet was slow, couldn't send files, and texts were sent late or not at all which is terrible for remote work. The final straw was when I changed my kid's number and started receiving the message, "Cricket here! We are sorry but your text message failed. Your destination is not supported from your current location." I spoke to rhe rep who sold me the plan as she was overly helpful back then and called customer service several times to no avail. They wouldn't even refund me the $15 fee for the number change despite the fact that doing so ruined my ability to text my child who is literally on the same plan! It seems the quality of their service goes down once they've made their sale and don'thave the time to help their clients even when the store is slow. It hasn't been two whole pay cycles and I've already switched my line back to Verizon and used the promise of switching my kid's line back also as leverage depending on her final report card grades. So there's that 🤷🏽‍♀️
