        This sales associate (including the manager) will lie to you on your face and use alternative facts like a politician. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate sprint store. They over charge me hundred of dollars. Their explanation was so false I just had to walk out and make them believe I trust them. But I would come back and hold them accountable. I read my lease and they think Im just another misinformed customer. Please don’t go inside this store. Go somewhere else.

        Do not go here!!! They will lie to you. The sale associate lied to me and told me that the phone is free. Then I got charged on my bill and corporate told me that the phone is leased. Also, if you purchase a smartphone, sprint will not unlock the phone for you even if you own it. Yes, that sentence was written correctly. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! AVOID AT ALL COST. THE OTHER REVIEWS WRITTEN HERE ARE TRUE!
