Metro by T-Mobile

There are many MetroPCS stores in Manhattan, THIS one I'd by far the one I trust for honesty,professionalism knowledge of products and service. Keep up the great work guys

Im angry in September I wanted to go to metro by T -Mobile for a new phone I was tried of boost-mobile retailers I ended sticking with boost mobile due to a female light skin black chubby big body wearing glasses telling me a manager is not working there anymore because the manager does wrong things which I feel like she was lying because I know that lady for years and she a nice woman the only lady I know that worth talking to everyone has bad days here and there it is disgusting that this you light skin black woman was very disrespectful the way she treated me I had to ask for my cash back as she she started to pull away my phone that I wanted to buy simply because I didnt have enough cash on me to buy the phone she makes me stressed talking about her right now very rude these young adults have 0 respect inside this store they all hang out in the back of storage rooms all day and only pop up when the store is crowded which is very rare to see the store crowded Im upset that I cant get a good deal to value the customer for switching over oh yeah I also saw employees smoking on their jobs inside the store just wow not saw the area is a ghetto please take this phone store down and put a real T-Mobile!

I used to like very much this place and found the people who worked there knowledgeable and friendly, and always recommended them to others. But on my recent visit, I was really surprised to see the huge drop in service quality and the so-called "customer service!" manners. The extreme lack of knowledge, courtesy and very very loud music combined make this place one to avoid at all costs and that's very unfortunate as Metro PCS has only a few locations in the city.
