        Wilfredo was very helpful and patient upgrading our 2 phones and transferring the data from old to new...he was very nice and professional...the issue with these upgrades is how the ATT corporate billing department handles the billing..I am sure I will have to call them when I get next bill or 2 b/c I was told at store that there would be no net change...you get charged per month per phone...but get a credit for same amount...net change zero...we shall see..

        The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and professional! They took care of my issues surrounding my account and was able to get me into a new iPhone and a free Apple Watch! I am happy to be an att costumer!
