I found them while doing a Google search, called them for a quote, I was treated really well by their sales rep, theestimated price was within my budget so I hired them. The next day their technician arrived, repaired the rug and cleaned the carpet. He was flawless from start to the end. I booked them 2 months ago for commercial carpet cleaning in my Soho office. They were awesome both price and service wise. So, I hired them last week again to clean my rug and mattresses at my home in Westchester and this time too they did a wonderful job. As I said before, they were very moderately priced and most importantly got the job done without a hitch. After using them twice, I thought it is the right time to recommend this company.

I cannot thank Broadway Carpet NY enough. They cleaned the rugs and returned in pristine condition. Rugs have become soft once again and the color is almost the same as new. We have a dog and 3 cats and all our pets are masters in destroying the rugs but these guys knew how to clean them and make them look new. Thanks once again.

They cleaned and repaired our rugs. Also, theydidan allergy control service. They have the best sales guy who is very responsive, attentive and always willing to help. He gave us a great price and the technicians worked really hard. With such great customer service and skilled technicians this company must be one of the best in business.
