        Love the place! Go there every time I'm on the east side, and want something fresh and tasty. The employees are extremely nice and helpful, bagels are hot and fresh. All the ingredients are high quality, and very reasonable prices.

        Had their bagels today. Dry, hard, tasteless. The worst bagels I have ever had anywhere. Their bagels were very good before, I had one two weeks ago and they were awesome but now I got to buy my bagels somewhere else!!
