        I've given just about every bike shop between 100th and 45th on the west side a chance and this one is the one i'm sticking with. great/reliable service and always helpful. Save yourself the trauma of going to other shops and go right to NYC Velo West.

        Shout out to the technician/mechanic on my bike "Sam". I needed a few things to be fixed (freewheels, chain, etc....), not only he did it perfectly, but fixed a few other stuff (that actually needed to be fixed too). Very different vs the other bike shops I am used to visit... I didn't have a chance to say thanks in person to the mechanic, but hope he'll read this. Will return there again if I need to!
