I purchased a group on from them (6 lipolaser) and it was honestly the worse experience ever. First of all the place is very disgusting and not sanitary at all. When i first went i was so uncomfortable and was trying to figure out why front desk kept going back and forth from phone calls to my room. Like where was the technician? I went the second time and I’m just like nope I'm done for sure I’m not going back. AGAIN the place was dirty and again the same situation. However, they texted me the day of my “ third appointment” to tell me that both workers had covid and they had to cancel my appointment. I’m honestly not surprised from how disgusting it is in there. They need to shut down. They are so unprofessional and the reviews from group on will say it all. I hope everyone gets a refund and i hope they shut down ASAP

I bought a Groupon for this location, called 3 times and emailed them to set up an appointment and I never heard back. I'm going to try and get my money back but I'm very disappointed to say the least.

‘Wow’ pretty much sums up my experience with Urban Beauty Spa and the massage with Filip. He was very professional and open to listening to my needs. Felt really relaxed and comfortable at all time, had no problem with telling him when i needed more/less pressure. When I walked in I felt very tight and walked out feeling like I’m floating on the clouds. I would definitely recommend Filip and Urban Spa to everyone. Can’t wait for my next massage.

They're pretty good here. They are nice and pretty professional. I would say I am satisfied with the services I have gotten.
