My third time getting my hair braided here. Prices include cost of the hair. Always satisfied when I leave. It is right my neighborhood and open 7 days a week. Highly recommended.

She didn’t know how to braid hair it was the most ugliest 2 braids ever. They never face you towards the mirror like there supposed to do they talk to each other in there language and they are just rude people. Never again. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I use to love this salon... yesterday my friend who put me on to this salon many,many yrs ago went there EARLY and not only was they rude and very nasty but they told her they would not do her box braids(medium size ) because they were booked up and told her very rudely to come back tomorrow!! Now I traveled ALL the way frm Gunhill rd today after i called made an appt YESTERDAY walked in and yes it was packed but i put my name on the book ran next door to get my hair washed nd while i was there called Fa SALON and explained that i was next door washing my hair(she said okay no problem,this process took all of 15 min ) Walked back into Fa SALON where the crowd had died down nd it was a empty chair and 1 of the ladies who worked there was just sittin there doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING told me not Only can't she do it but my medium size braids is gonna take to long!!!! Come back tomorrow Nahhhh I'm good!! They are rude,disrespectful and have very poor customer service!! Needless to say all the people that i have sent there over the yrs will not be back! #DONE
