They may have amazing food but no one should have to wait 20 minutes for a drink (clock it). We had two separate servers who weren’t communicating and somehow everyone at our party was served except for one person who didn’t get their food until everyone was about to leave. Empty drinks and for me, an empty stomach. No manager visiting the table. Super disappointing.

We went here during the busy week between Christmas and New Years. There was 13 of us and they couldnt have handled it any better. The waiter was polite, fast and informative. Food was very good and they had a lot of kids choices. Beer was fresh, Food as fresh, service was great. Easy 5 star review.

Me and my partner went for our last meal of our Holiday in NY at this Pub, we read the good reviews and was looking forward to it. However, sadly we was disappointed. We ordered 2 drinks which after waiting ages we chased them and they forgot about them. The starters where nice but they came before the drinks but still a long wait. The mains where very disappointing, my partners was ok but not the best, for my meal the totally wrong meal was brought out, they offered to rectify this but 20 mins later still no sign of the food. So we did not get to eat our meal together, had to cancel the main meal in the end and just pay for what we had. Wouldn't go again. Some of the staff where nice, but very slow service and one of them spoke very little English and would bring the wrong things. Feel totally ripped off, if was back home in England we would of just walked out as was terrible. We was offered 2 free cokes but declined as was such a bad experience.
