Watermark was amazing! I wanted to thank Keja, Lizzie and entire the staff for making my daughter's 16th birthday celebration so special!! Everything was excellent! Our experience was magical! I highly recommend Watermark!

Update 5*****
When we got there i asked to speak to a manager. Keja listened to my concerns and went up and beyond. She understood the assignment.
Semi private was nice and cozy even having to share a area with other people it was very private since the original private slot was booked
Keja was on her A game, she came several times to check on us and at the end played a Anniversary song and came in with desserts and a flashy light which was too cute.
Theres a also a photographer that comes around and takes photos if you opt for it.
Food was good wish they had more chicken selections but thats just cause Im a chicken person lol
Girlfriend had salmon with green beans it was excellent..
2 Stars** (This was me having a conversation with a fella named JAMES) whos a marketing director whos not on site at the Resturant and after leaving a review he followed up with a nasty text massage. I hope Sophia and Fernando follow up with him. They need someone else handling texts and call concerns.
Our reservation is in a hour they have a number to text. So the person im speaking to via text is not a help. As this is a anniversary date and they will not accommodate for a occasion. I told them ill pay ahead and all if they could have on the table already strawberries with a plate that says happy 2nd anniversary and i was told no. A few other things and still no. Very disappointing
