I needed a notary.  Upon entering the bank, I was approached by a woman, presumably a bank employee.  I asked her for the notary and she asked me what type of document I had.  Before responding, I asked if she was the notary and she said no.  I then told her that my document was between the notary and me and that it was personal.  The notary then approached and told me that she is studying for the notary exam.  I felt that she was intrusive especially with privacy such a problem today.  The notary was cold and was clearly on her side.  Lastly, all employees were unmasked.

As I entered the bank at this location to inquire regarding a direct deposit from for my employer I was unsure whether the bank teller would be able to assist with issuing me a form and I stood on the line I noticed a European woman with blonde hair and a black suit passing by . As I opted to present my question to the frail looking individual with blonde hair regarding whom would be the best occupant to assist with my matter she instantly answered with a profusely audacious tone and her temperament was curt . I felt extremely uncomfortable and felt disenchanted as well discouraged with moving forward banking with Republic Bank . This is my second interaction with the genetically modificated species where she ahas displayed the incorrect modality with assistance. I will never accept qany services from her and she needs to be trained on competent components apropos to the business as well recalibrate her customer service skills. Nadira as well Alex and the young woman with the braids are a pleasure to work with.
