Only good thing at that Captial one branch is the tellers .. anything else 👎🏿👎🏿

Worst costumers service, also they closes at 5pm not 6pm. Traffic was very bad and I drove almost 43 minutes to that location when I arrived at 5:07, one of the employee said they were closed. I asked if there any other locations open till 6pm ? He was like - there is a thing called Google, you can check from there. Really ???

Just cubicles. No actual Bank Tellers. There's only one OLD ATM 🏧 located outside at the corner of East 59th St & Park Avenue. When I walked in today, I was expecting the normal bank architectural design. But it was just Customer Reps sitting in cubicles. 😒 And I could count two. Another customer had just walked in as well and he went to sit across from them. Not seeing any regular ATM 🏧 inside, I asked if there was any and the Customer Service Rep replied it's outside on the right. As soon as I turned right on East 59th St from Park Avenue, I noticed the ATM 🏧 I missed and walked pass by earlier. 🤣 I wasn't expecting such an old tech on the wall. The ATM 🏧 touch screen response was slightly slower than the newer models. I've seen some Capital One Bank commercial advertising a new way to bank showing people standing 👫 in a lounge-like area. Nope! This is an old branch. I'm not sure I'd recommend anybody to bank at this location.
