        I walked in one morning inquiring about my accounts. A very nice lady immediately approached me and identified herself as the manager of the branch and gave me her business card. She was able to answer all my questions. Her service was really above and beyond and she made me feel like a v.i.p.. I just want to applaud Preneeta, the branch manager for her wonderful service. She really made my day.
