Horrible service,l went to this branch today at 12:27 to pay my bill, my bill was $53.09 and the due date of my bill is 10/12/2020 and today is 10/10/2020 l gave the teller my statement and he told me that my bill total was $54.08 I ask the teller why they are charging me a extra dollar if lm paying two days before my due date,his answer was that he don’t,l told him how he don’t if he have the information in his computer ,he them told me that is interest ,l told him why they charging me Interest if I’m paying two days in advance,He them reply to me with a nasty attitude,call the number in you card and ask them,I ask the teller his name and he refuse to give it to me,very unprofessional,don’t what he is doing,he deserve 0 star,Do you self a favor don’t go to this branch.

So Jannay is this the new training that Capital One Bank is providing to their employees. When you get caught red handed (audio recording) being rude & disrespectful to a customer... threaten them by saying you’re going to call the cops. Instead of apologizing for disgusting condescending behavior.
