I had a bad experience with Dylan Chan's office when preparing to enter a sales contract for a property purchase. they're such arrogant and unprofessional, totally ignorance. You will find out after you paid the initial fee.
If the sale is simple and straight forward, every lawyer can do this job -- do yourself a favor and find the cheapest one when possible. However, if there is slightly a problem, they ask for extra $$$, be prepare to pay for dumb answers from Dylan for your questions, or you can google it for better result. I finally dumped this guy for $600.
I walked to the next floor and find myself a lawyer with a much better deal.
