This lawyer is unfortunately very unprofessional. He forgets that as a lawyer, you are also a counsel. Mr. Horgan was unavailable often (not responsive for days), discouraging, and not willing to looking into different options to speed your case up. He will not go the extra mile for you despite taking your money as a client. He told me that he filed my petition in court but i never heard from the court on a court date. After months, I reached out to the court myself and they instantly filed my petition for me and gave me a court date, which I then got pushed to an earlier date (which he also said was not possible). All he did was charge me $1,400 to draft my petition and supposedly file it and charge me for every single email and phone call in which I just needed some reassurance and emotional guidance. I would never recommend this lawyer to anybody. Awful experience and waste of money.
