I'd like to take a moment to express my sheer gratitude for the services of Sinel and Olesen. Before I met Sinel I went to 3 firms and almost gave in. They took my case unprejudiced of my situation at hand. I was barely able to walk or stand up. Once my case was taken I really wasn't surprised because Sinel and staff really cared about me, health first. Sinel was there through my whole rehabilatation walking along with me until they could express word for word with emotion my testimant on paper and presented it to the Supreme Court! That got me very emotional to how a firm can care so much. If you want a down to earth team who will empathize to your needs and makes things happen, I highly recommend them hands down. I was referred to Mr. Sinel from another attorney, Jeff Korek back in the spring of 2012. My Mom was suffering from what turned out to be a life threatening bedsore that she developed at NY Presbyterian Hospital and Franklin Nursing & Rehab Clinic. Despite my daily efforts to be proactive, the healthcare industry failed my Mom. As her advocate, I was misinformed and lied to. I came to Mr. Sinel to get some measure of justice for my Mom; an active older person but now bedridden. Mr. Sinel and all of his associates treated me not only with sympathy and respect but was there for me through the 5 year process-any call-any email always answered. Mr. Sinel & his staff were quick acting but thorough. When the case was settled, my Mom unfortunately had already passed away. I felt vindicated in some sense because Sinel & Associates were able to negotiate a very fair settlement but it was never about the money. Sinel & Associates gave me a voice and a sense of justice served & proper closure when otherwise I would have to be silent. And even though the settlement took 5 years, the high level of service Sinel & Associates provided to me never changed. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in a similar situation. I am so thankful i did.
