Despite being constantly confused, concerned and wondering how it all worked (since information online regarding an O-1B is sparse to say the least) Elektra was very professional throughout and always patiently and kindly took me through what confused and concerned me. To say I was overwhelmed throughout the entire process is an understatement but speaking with Elektra helped calm and reassure me throughout a gruelling process. No stone was left unturned and Elektra’s advice during my portfolio reviews was so valuable and I saw things in new light. Elektra’s confidence, hope and professionalism helped keep me sane throughout. To give 4 stars is a wrench as Elektra and her team do literally everything when it comes to forms and recommendation letter drafting. The team seems to be quite an intimate one whilst I was working on my case and I think this may have been where a few mistakes happened; such as in a few letters, despite the correct information being at hand, there were often quite a few mistakes that had to be carefully corrected. And perhaps I was being overly anxious and obsessive when I received an RFE but it did take the team three weeks to send me my strategy chart when I was reassured it would be sent “shortly” (EDIT - This is actually a normal wait time) Receiving an RFE is time sensitive and I worried that my case wasn’t salvageable at this point. The communication wasn’t lax but maybe I had impossible standards when it’s clear the team are dealing with a growing clientele after reading such wonderful reviews. I still fully recommend Elektra and the team however…her belief in my case, her strong no nonsense approach in our reviews gave me hope. Many lawyers, I’ve heard, aren’t as helpful or make the time to draft as many letters as this law group. Definitely if you’re a first timer and not as prone to anxiety breakdowns as I then I’d recommend! After 8 months and with an RFE I got my O-1B visa and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll hopefully be back in a couple of years time to extend. I hope this gives hope to others who receive an RFE.

Elektra is amazing. She's a professional, patient, and definitely one of the best O1 lawyers in the city. When I first came to her, I was not very confident about my case, but she's quite positive and shows me why my case can be approved. I felt better after the consultation and decided to work with her. I'm so glad I made a good choice. Elektra is very experienced. She knows very well about the standard for an O1 visa and the best timeline to apply. She guided me to go through the whole process step by step. We've been working for four months, she has always been responsive, which is very important during the process cause one might get anxious while waiting for the lawyer to respond. Elektra always responds in a short period with detailed information. And the most important of all, Elektra gives constructive portfolio advice. I followed what she suggested to my portfolio and got my case approved within a week. I would definitely work with Elektra again in the future.
