The workmanship is amazing. I had a statue that broke into many small pieces, and now it looks brand new.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The art pieces (porcelain) they repaired are like new, and no one can notice there was any damage before. This were to 60 years old LLadro pieces that they don't do any more and were numerated, so they were very valuable. Mary Morgan

This place was recommended to me by Tiffany's. And I am soooo impressed. I broke a spout on our Wedgwood coffee pot. I did have a broken off piece but it was still missing chips and was not making a smooth connection with the rest of the pot. I shipped it to Hess Restorations. I did not want to pay for the complete job of re-firing the pot. I opted to just cement the piece in place. I received the pot looking brand new!! The piece is attached smoothly and I cannot tell where it was broken or that it was broken at all! And this is without re-firing the entire piece. I am so pleased with the work.
