Walked in to see Fazzino 3D art and was met by Frank the proprietor. Very affable man who instantly made you feel welcomed with no pressure to purchase anything. Came back three times since I was interested in one piece and we negotiated a fair price. The whole transaction was made that much more pleasant getting to know Frank. He's trustworthy and honest. Looks like I made a friend.

We met Adam S. when we entered the gallery. Personable, forthright, and it turns out, a man of his word. So rare in today's world. The gallery had inadvertently mispriced a set of 4 Fazzino's that we liked. He was straight up about the mistake and stated he would still honor the tagged price. He gave me the tagged information of the artwork and said, "think about it" and that if we return, that he would honor the mistakenly lower price. Three days later we returned, and simply put, they honored the lower price. That earned them a 5 star rating for integrity, ethics, and fair play. Shipping however took not the 10 days as promised. It took almost a month. I would give them 3 stars for that. Bottom Line: I am very impressed with their above board practices, ethics, and trustworthiness. After the fact, I checked other galleries price for the same artwork and we did receive a very good price. I am appreciative for their honesty and strong sense of fair play. If you are looking for wonderful art from various artists, I would say that Cambridge Gallery on 6th Ave is the place!
