Studio Vendome

I lived in a Vendome property for the last 2 years and have to say (as a few others here have) that Kol and his team are the most responsive and pleasant property management that I have encountered in my 30+ years of renting. He, along with Francis in maintenance, kept the building clean, well-maintained and running smoothly. I've never left a review for prop. mgmt before, but this one is well-earned to say the least. Thank you Kol and Francis!

I lived in 2 Vendome properties over the course of 6 years and have nothing but great things to say. The management was always responsive, kind, and accommodating. The supers in both buildings were beyond helpful and sweet. Both buildings were always very well maintained. I would strongly recommend their buildings to anyone in the market.

I have lived in Vendome property for over 2 years and had a great experience with them. Kol (the person who was managing my unit/building) has been always available and responsive and understanding when anything needed and met me half way on a lot of changes I have had through my stay. They have kept the building clean and well-maintained and our super would help whenever/whatever repair or problem there was. Very much enjoyed living here !

I lived in a property managed by Vendome for two years and it was a positive experience. The team was always responsive, attentive, and friendly via email and phone. Definitely recommend and would work with them again in the future.
