Eric was very professional and a nice guy - thorough and informative... wasn't terrible excited to go in the diamond district for an appraisal but actually found it very interesting to see all the work being done. I left asking if I could refer some of my friends in the market to him. He is located on mezzanine which means walk up the stairs to the left and go right and keep going til' the end of the hall.
