        This is my first time using the services of this company. They helped repair my microwave oven. Took one star off for the technician not cleaning up the trash after himself.

        Terrible experience. I booked an appointment last wk. & they called the day before & told me the technician (there is only 1 tech in NYC for LG washers) was injured the night before so they would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following Monday. No one showed up. I called & was told they would look into it & call me back. I never heard back from anyone. Most disappointing. I will never try to use this business again. I just made an appointment with Happy Home Appliance Repair Services & it was an easy, professional experience. Service: Washer/dryer repair
