Joseph at Thermador Group came to repair our Miele dishwasher. We were out of town. Though he'd fixed it. Charged us $350. When we came home we discovered that it still was not working properly. He came back and fixed it (with the help of Miele telephone support). took him a couple of hours. It is now working properly. Joseph did not charge us for the return visit. (Miele is a complicated, expensive dishwasher. I don't recommend buying one.)

Who you gonna call when your fridge goes on the blink, Thermador Group that's who. Their prompt and professional service saved my daughter's fridge and all of its contents within the hour!
