303 East 83rd Apartments

Mike is the best! He really cares about his building and it’s tenants. We actually got off to a rocky start due to some scheduling issues on move-in day. After living here for a while though I have nothing but great things to say about him. The whole staff is top notch.

The staff at 303 go above and beyond to make your apartment feel like home. It makes this hands down the best building I’ve ever lived in! Angel, Cosette and Victor at the front desk help us everyday day. They always greet us with a smile, genuine concern and kind words. I can not say enough about how wonderful Mike and his maintenance staff are. They put in extra effort to make sure everything is ship shape and we are comfortable. We thought of moving but it is the staff that make this our home and a place we don’t want to leave ♥️

Great building and wonderful location. The staff at 303 is amazing and exceeds all expectations. Mike is really kind, always helping out and taking care of everything. And so are Ernest, Max and the whole maintenance staff. Cosette, Angel, Victor, Ricardo and everyone on the team are extremely nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

We have lived in the building for 2 and a half years. We appreciate the staff because they always go above and beyond for us. The service team has been exceptional during COVID and have been working maintaining all of the guidelines required.The office team has also been very helpful and available for us during difficult times. We are proud to be living at this building.
