From the rental process to the move in, my family could not have been more cared for. Ari and Eileen had everything organized and prepared without delay. We were unable to personally view our unit, so videos were sent walk through style. Upon seeing the floor to ceiling views of the Hudson, with top notch amenities and fixtures, we were sold. Move in day was stressful but Alex, Ameal, and Aaron C smoothed out every aspect we could conceive of, and then some. We didn’t even ask, and a courteous offer was provided. I have lived many places, none compare to the grandeur and kindness of the staff. For a few days after, Jim made certain we were cared for! One Watersline Square will not disappoint! Oh, and did I mention the view!

First Class top to bottom. For high end luxury rental buildings in NYC, Waterline Sq is in a league of its own. The units themselves are fantastic, we love the location, well appointed, beautifully done lobbies, landscaping, parks etc. Just a great place to live - a retreat in the city. The staff are flawless, from the concierges, porter team, maintenance team etc it all works so fluidly and with such warmth and care for the tenants, we feel special, unique and known whenever we come home to our building. As has already been well written about and reviewed, the amenities space for residents is one of the best amenities spaces in the world, no exaggeration. Its one thing to see it in pictures, its another to see it in person and actually be able to use it everyday, makes Manhattan a different living experience because of it. The thing that stood out for me the most with Waterline Square was how great the management, owners, and staff are collectively, they are all aligned with care for one another and a unified approach to 5star service and the tenants. Couldn't speak more highly of living here.
