        We recently moved into this building. It is incredible! I think this is the nicest building in Chelsea. We have an incredible apartment with floor to ceiling windows. I do not hear my neighbors at all and the move in was so smooth. We really like working with Helena. We also feel all of our neighbors are very friendly. The roof is a great place for a glass of wine and we are so close to equinox, restaurants and the west side highway!
