For the money its not a great building, for the same rent you could do a lot better in other parts of the city. Several issues including slow elevators (often 1 is broken), broken/malfunctions appliances that take forever to get fix or perpetually breaking down. AC unit is an absolute joke and trying to cool your apartment in the summer is a nightmare! Food deliveries take 20+ minutes to arrive at your door (great for security that they dont allow a million delivery drivers in and the porters deliver the food to you, but bad if you want hot food). And of course way overpriced. Management is incompetent. Overall would not recommend

For the prices that they charge; the quality of the building, floors, and their services are subpar. The inconvenience of the ongoing construction has gone on for too long.
