I actually work at this building when it first opened in late 2007 so I know the ins and out I hope things change in the last 10 years, at the time the superintendent was an Albanian guy named Mark who was a tyrant very rude and disrespectful to his workers as well hired a lot of his family members to be employed by this building. I was let go and unemployed with building management knowing I had a baby on the way. like I stated in the beginning of this review I hope things have changed in the last 10 years because working for this location has left me a very sour taste in my mouth

Amazing staff and great amenities between the 2 BBQ grills and the rooftop that has one of the best view of the Empire State Building in the city.

Best Condo in Murray Hill. The staff treats you like family. The amenities are great too! Love the rooftop with it's incredible unobstructed views. And if you have a dog, you will love the dog run on the roof!
