Apartments ok, front desk friendly and management semi-responsive. Maintenance typically more of a delay. Reason for 3 stars is because they still charge relatively high rent (probably because of location to Herald Sq. Station and the amenities and appliances are all very old (think early 2000s). For example, for 2 BR, I pay about $6k a month and it's not luxurious or anything like that. Also the PVAC units (old big ac units; no central AC) cost a lot with electricity in the summer costing about $300-$400 a month. In the winter you can't control amount of heat so it's absurd as you'll sit in a room with hot air blowing in with the unit completely off as well. Idk, to pay the annual equivalent of people's salary a year on a 2BR, I don't think it's worth it. Is it "ok?" Sure. Nothing to write home about though. Also last thing, not really a family friendly building. Essentially filled with young 20 year olds (not sure how they afford rent tbh, maybe rich expats), who like to go to ktown to party. You'll be crowded in an elevator with a bunch of em usually on the weekends.
